The charging effect of the Power Flash is approximately 10 times that of a normal flashlight, lasts longer, and is accomplished in only a second or two.  Simply flash any lure with a glow-in-the-dark finish once, and the bright glow which results will last up to 15 minutes.  (Operates on 2 AA batteries not included)
