Our website platform, Wix, collects your personal information from you when you subscribe to our site and when you place an order. Our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe, collect your information when you pay for that order. Your personal information that is collected includes: your name, street address, city, state, zip code, email, phone number, and login user names, if you are a member (We do not see or have access to your password.). It also collects the items and quantities that you purchase, along with the items you place in your cart for later (if you are a site member).
The nonpersonal information that is collected, called usage data, includes: your Internet Protocal (IP) address, access dates, pages visited, how you arrived at our site (direct or referred from another website), whether you used a mobile phone or computer to access the site, and what city, state, and country you are accessing the site from. It does not tie this information with your name, street address, email, or phone number.
We also collect and store the USPS tracking numbers after your purchases are sent.
Our payment processors (PayPal & Stripe) collect credit card information when you purchase items on our site. (We do not see or have access to this information.)

Your data is stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases, and general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls.
The direct payment gateways (PayPal & Stripe) used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and it's service providers.
White River Tackle only stores your personal information as a paper copy of the invoice you received with your purchase. It is only seen by a couple of people necessary for the functioning of our business. It is used only to provide back up of our business operations for tax purposes. It is stored in lock file cabinets.
